In the event of damaged items during delivery, we’ll always do our best to resolve it, provided you notify us as soon as possible with supporting photographs. Please note, that we are not liable for quality deterioration due to delivery delays, incorrect addresses, unopened parcels, or deliveries to unavailable recipients.
