Our commitment to excellence in local, sustainably sourced produce requires all orders to be processed via our website, with payment due at the time of purchase.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after ordering, with a full refund issued, unless your order has already been dispatched.

We recommend that all customers review individual product descriptions and allergen advice, and ensure their contact and address details are accurate when ordering.

JP Orkney is not liable for any damage to the produce after delivery.
