2 WEEK STORE CLOSURE – OCTOBER
We’ll be taking a short break from 9th October for two weeks. During this time, we’ll be recharging and getting ready to bring you some incredible Christmas products we know you’ll love.
To ensure your order is packed before we close, please place your orders by midnight on 6th October to allow us time to carefully pack and ship your items to you. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped when we’re back.
Did you miss the postal deadline? Don’t worry! Please do come and visit our honesty box if you’re in Orkney, or if you’re a little further afield we will freshly prepare and ship your order as soon as we return.

Delivery Speed
At JP Orkney Produce, we offer flat rate Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to all our customers in the United Kingdom. This means that no matter the size of your order, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep quickly and efficiently.
Delivery Fees
For orders under £30, we charge a nominal delivery fee of £3.99. However, we believe in rewarding our customers who choose to experience more of what Orkney has to offer. That’s why we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30.
Our partnership with Royal Mail ensures that your order is handled with care and delivered to you in perfect condition.
International Delivery
Our delivery system presently supports various regions, categorised under different zones based on the Royal Mail shipping guidelines.
If you would like to request an additional shipping zone, please contact us. We will consider all requests for new zones.

Returns Policy
At Jane & Paul’s Orkney Produce, we take great pride in the quality of our produce. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty produce, we’re here to help.
We accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you find that your produce is not up to standard, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the returns process and ensure that your issue is resolved promptly.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
