Christmas Delivery Information

It’s hard to believe, but Christmas is just around the corner! Read on for our seasonal Delivery dates and a new express Special Delivery option.

Last Safe Order Dates for Christmas Delivery

To make sure your Orkney Produce arrives in time for Christmas, we’ve provided you with safe cut-off dates this year. If you place your order before these dates, we can confirm that delivery will be prior to Christmas*.

Standard UK Delivery cut-off: UK customers can place Standard Delivery orders up until Saturday 14th December.

Express Special Delivery cut-off: UK customers can place Express Delivery orders up until Wednesday 18th December.

For international orders, please place your order by Monday 2nd December to ensure delivery for the big day. As we’re based in Orkney, we’ve chosen these dates to give Royal Mail a bit of extra time, just in case.

Please Note: We’ll be dispatching orders up until Friday, 20th December. However, after the cut-off dates, we can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas. If you’ve placed an order after the cut-off, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help where we can!

New Express Delivery Option
For those last-minute orders, we’re now offering an Express Option with Royal Mail Special Delivery at £13.99 flat rate for all orders. This service guarantees next-day delivery after dispatch, giving you peace of mind that your gifts and goodies will arrive just in time for the holidays!

We understand that delivery is a crucial part of your online shopping experience, and we’ve partnered with Royal Mail to provide you with reliable and affordable delivery options.

Delivery Speed

At JP Orkney Produce, we offer flat rate Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to all our customers in the United Kingdom. This means that no matter the size of your order, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep quickly and efficiently. We now also offer an express Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm option.

Delivery Fees

For orders under £30, we charge a nominal delivery fee of £3.99. However, we believe in rewarding our customers who choose to experience more of what Orkney has to offer. That’s why we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30.

Our partnership with Royal Mail ensures that your order is handled with care and delivered to you in perfect condition.

Our express delivery option is £13.99 for each order.

International Delivery

Our delivery system presently supports various regions, categorised under different zones based on the Royal Mail shipping guidelines.

If you would like to request an additional shipping zone, please contact us. We will consider all requests for new zones.

Kindly note that “World Zone 1” currently supports only Canada but could be extended if needed. “World Zone 2” currently supports Australia and New Zealand.

Returns Policy

At Jane & Paul’s Orkney Produce, we take great pride in the quality of our produce. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty produce, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you find that your produce is not up to standard, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the returns process and ensure that your issue is resolved promptly.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When contacting us about a return, please provide as much information as possible, including your order number, the item in question, and a description of the issue. This will help us to handle your return quickly and efficiently.
