JP Orkney jams and other jars; chutneys and pickles are all lovingly homemade in our seaside Birsay kitchen. We use our home-grown fruit and veg including rhubarb, chillis, green beans and courgettes.

The seaweed we gather for compost and the bracing Atlantic air really help our crops achieve fabulous, bold flavours. Every element in our environment plays a pivotal role in crafting the unique taste profile of our products.
